BEST VIDEO ABOUT MENTORING

In early December 2020, the team of "AlES" JSC received the title of "Best video about mentoring" according to the results of the video contest "Corporate Values of the group of companies of JSC "Samruk-Energo". The video was prepared by the employees of the Cascade HPP: Nazerke Nagashbek-chief specialist of the personnel sector, Rysbek Omiraliev, head of the electrotechnical laboratory, Sergey Vasilyevich Kiselev, head of the electric machine shop, Aslan Abiken, automation engineer.

- After the announcement of the competition, my colleagues and I had a great desire to participate in the creation of a video about the company's values, said Nazerke Nagashbek. Before writing the script of the video, we discussed the topics of the video for a long time. And we decided to make a video about mentoring, because for young professionals who have crossed the threshold of production, it is very important who will be there at the beginning of the journey. It should be recognized that in the modern educational space "university-professional sphere of activity" there are no real mechanisms of interaction that contribute to the professional postgraduate adaptation of young specialists. As a human resources specialist, I am well aware that almost two-thirds of university graduates feel unadapted in the new production conditions, do not feel the potential for professional growth and career development. In such a situation, the development of a mentoring system can become one of the most effective methods of professional adaptation of young professionals.

Sergey Vasilyevich Kiselev, the head of the electric machine shop, acted as a mentor in the video.- The topic of
mentoring is close to me, because by the nature of my work, I very often have to work with young people who have graduated from university and started working in the workplace, - continued Sergey Vasilyevich. - From the first days of creating the video, we were actively involved in the work, and it turned out to be very interesting. All the employees of the HPP Cascade helped us. Thanks to this competition, the cohesion in the team has been further strengthened.

From the words of Rysbek Omiralieva, movies is his hobby. He took great pleasure in creating the video. We shot the materials in two days, spending 2 hours a day. The most difficult, in his opinion, was the installation process. Almost a week of editing all the material.
The company employs many wonderful, creative and talented people. All participants in the creation of the video were awarded certificates of honor of "Samruk-Energo" JSC and memorable prizes.
