«AlES» JSC’s Youth: together against violence

On December 5, 2023 the meeting of the youth organization "Zharkyn Bolashak" of «AlES» JSC was held, which gathered 41 employees from different divisions of the company. The event was held within the framework of the international campaign "16 Days of Action against Gender Violence".

Global and Kazakhstani statistics on domestic violence presented at the meeting showed the harsh reality faced by many women.

Young activists of CHPP-1 named after B.Orazbayev created a video that vividly presents the problems of domestic violence. Guys from different parts of the company decided to support the idea by adding their own parts to it. This shows unity against domestic violence. Young people call on society to pay attention to this problem and together fight against its manifestations.

When young, dynamic and active people take their efforts to fight for women's rights, it becomes a powerful impetus for change. It's important to remember, it's not just a victim problem, it's a community-wide problem.

Solidarity, support, understanding of the issues and active participation can be the key to change.
