AlES: testing according to the code of conduct

At the end of last year, testing was conducted on the knowledge of the Code of Conduct in all production departments of AlES JSC. It was attended by 2,989 employees.


– All employees took the testing with full responsibility. The first managers of the company, directors and chief engineers of production departments were successfully tested at the head office, – said Yerbol Sasykov, the company's ombudsman, – According to the results of the testing, it turned out that all respondents know the Code of Conduct. The result of the conducted testing leaves a favorable impression and shows that employees are satisfied with the existing social programs adopted in the collective agreement, which is one of the elements of corporate culture.


To overcome the threshold, employees had to answer 80% of the 100% possible questions.


The presence of uniform and clearly formulated ethical standards of behavior in the workplace for all employees contributes to improving interaction and increasing the efficiency of the company's activities.
