On August 15, 2019,JSC “AlES” passed a training seminar “Occupational Health and Safety. Production advice. The main functions of the technical inspector. "

The training was attended by technical inspectors and trade union leaders of the primary organizations of the branch of the public association “Trade Union Almaty Electric Stations”, the local trade unions “Seriktes”, “Energy”, “AlmatyEnergoSbyt”, “Moinak HPP”.

The seminar discussed issues of labor legislation in the field of safety and labor protection, industrial and production safety, the organization of work production councils for safety and labor protection and the main functions of a technical inspector.

- An expert practitioner on labor and trade union law AlfiyaKarimovnaPeresunko easily and accessible told on concrete examples how it is possible and necessary to defend the rights of members of the work collective to the employer and the law, what insurance moments arise at the factory, - shared impressions Alexander Yerilov, senior repairman electrical equipment and TAI PRP “Energoremont”. - The seminar emphasized the important role of trade unions in the field of protecting the social and labor rights of workers in energy companies.

Deputy Chairman of the Local Trade Union “Energy” Valery Sitdikov acquainted those present with the provisions of the current Collective Agreement of Almaty Electric Stations JSC, the winner of national competitions, including Paryz-2015.

At the end of the seminar, all participants received training certificates and handouts prepared by the Training Center of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
