On the decision to conclude a major transaction

Almaty Electric Power Plants informs that on September 25, 2015 the Board of Directors (Minutes No. 09/15) made a decision to conclude a major transaction by providing a full joint guarantee to ensure the fulfillment of liabilities of Samruk-Energo JSC under the Bank Loan Agreement No. K169 -2014 of 19.11.2014. with JSC ATFBank.
