Changes in the composition of JSC AlES shareholders

The composition of shareholders in AlES JSC has changed. Since 2007, JSC AJK was the sole shareholder of JSC AlES, from the end of November this year, Samruk-Energo JSC became shareholder. JSC Samruk-Energo bought out more than 37% of shares sold through subscription. Currently, the shares are paid in full.
