Congratulations from the employees of «AlES» JSC on the eve of March 8

On the eve of International Women's Day, the employees of JSC "AlES" with special awe and respect congratulate retired women, whose labour merits have become an integral part of the company's history.

Olga Dmitriyevna Druzina worked as an electrician for maintenance of automatics and measuring instruments of HPP-3 power plants. She is an example of devotion and professionalism, her labour experience at the station is 27 years. Olga Dmitrievna's experience and warmth in the hearts of her colleagues.

Natalia Vladimirovna Korobitsina worked in the company 38 years. "The story of my work began when I was only 19 years old", recalls Natalya Vladimirovna. – I came as a young girl to work in the Office of the AlmatyEnergo. Different managers were replaced during my working life, I was lucky to meet good people, real professionals of their favourite business. And in 2012, I took a well-deserved retirement, but I still remember with warmth the time I lived in the energy system".

Nadezhda Vasiliyevna Kandaurova, an accountant in the Production Department of HPP-3, made a significant contribution to the development of accounting and the introduction of new programmes at the plant. Her dedication to her work and commitment to excellence deserve special respect.

Zinaida Anatoliyevna Benke worked as a laboratory assistant for chemical analysis at the chemical shop of CHPP-2 n.a. Zhakutov, and Karashash Zeytayevna Kabyldazhanova worked as a cargo and baggage handler at the station. They were always characterised by their dedication and professionalism.

Natalya Borisovna Boriskina, Warehouse Manager at Fuel Reception and Unloading Center, who has worked for the company for about 25 years, expresses her gratitude to her colleagues for working and socialising together. Her words are filled with warmth and gratitude, which reflects the spirit of mutual understanding and solidarity inherent in the company's team.

Lyazzat Kulmakhanovna Kulmuratova worked for 12 years at Kapshagayskaya HPP n.a. Sh.Chokin as a duty pass office, she is grateful to the Company for support until this time.

Kyrmyzy Duisenovna Kasymbalinova worked at "AlES" JSC as a chief specialist of the Fuel Supply Division of the Logistics and Services Department. "Dostyk Avenue, 7 – my second home,” notes Kyrmyzy Duisenovna. – It is pleasant that "AlES" JSC has not forgotten me yet, thank you to my second home".

Tatyana Nesterenko, Head of the Electrical Laboratory of the Cascade of HPP, knows the busy schedule of power engineers. She has worked in the company for 40 years, so she especially appreciates the attention and care of her colleagues.

Naziya Baibolatovna Utelbayeva, Head of the Fuel Reception and Unloading Center at CHPP-3, emphasised that her job was hard and responsible. Wagons came in all day and unloaded manually, machinery broke down, – recalls Nazia Baybolatovna. – In winter it was such that 3-4 wagons were unloaded per day, because coal came frozen monolith, but despite this we tried to avoid idle wagons. I liked my work very much, I am still proud of the fact that I worked with a great team, where they appreciate their retired workers very much.

Lyudmila Nikolayevna Chekhova, a spillway motorist, has been connected with the Cascade of HPP since her childhood. Her parents worked here. She noted that working at "AlES" became her favourite job, as they say, "If you love your job, you don't have to work a single day in your life". Lyudmila Nikolayevna is grateful to fate for having once contributed to the work of the Cascade of HPP.

Turar Baigenovna Tursunkanova worked her way up from a pumping machine operator to the leading engineer of the Western Heat Complex, having worked at the same enterprise for 42 years.

Yelena Stepanovna Bondareva, Head of the Logistics Division, she is "a great woman of Western Thermal Complex (WTC), our star", colleagues said about her. Legends about her professionalism is passed from mouth to mouth after her retirement.

485 female pensioners of JSC "AlES" received congratulations and bonuses from the Company. On the eve of the spring holiday, the staff of JSC "AlES" wishes all women health, happiness and fulfilment of cherished wishes!
