Kapshagayskaya HPP named after SH.Chokin: Vyacheslav Pak, an electric and gas welder of the electric machine shop, and Sergey Lesnichenko, a carpenter of the workshop of operations and hydraulic structures, were retired

In mid – May 2023, the workers of Kapshagai HPP named after Sh.Chokin was retired by a highly qualified employee and just a good, sympathetic person – Vyacheslav Dmitrievich Pak, an electric and gas welder of the 6th category of the Electric Machine Shop.

He began his career in Almaty as a locksmith at the machine – tool plant "October 20let". In 1979, he enlisted in the army. After serving in 1981, he moved to Kapshagai. He worked as a locksmith in the "River Port", in "Kapchagaytyazhstroy" and "Kapchagay rural Construction Combine" as a welder, in "Mostootryad 25" as a carpenter – concrete worker.

In 2008, he got a job at the Kapshagai hydroelectric power station and worked for 14 years before retiring. He always treated his work conscientiously and responsibly.

Vyacheslav Dmitrievich wants to treat the younger generation to work in good faith, to improve their skills. And the main thing for him is that the station always flourishes.

On May 24, 2023, Sergey Mikhailovich Lesnichenko, a carpenter of the 6th category, was retired.

– This is an experienced, highly qualified employee, – said the head of the Department of operation of buildings and hydraulic structures Kharitonov Anatoly Vladimirovich.

– He moved to our city from the village of Fabrichny. Sergey Mikhailovich started his career there at the age of 16, worked as an apprentice in a carpentry shop. Since 2007, he has been working at the Kapshagai HPP. We have been together for 16 years.

Sergey Mikhailovich has always treated work with responsibility and interest. The staff of the station wishes their colleagues health, new discoveries and, of course, is always waiting for a visit.
