In 1985, he was transferred to the senior engineer of the regime group, production and technical department. During his work in the production and technical department, he acquired knowledge in performing calculations and analyzing technical and economic indicators. Vladimir Gennadyevich supervised the implementation of energy-saving measures.
In 1990, he was transferred to the shop of thermal automation and measurement to the position of an electrical mechanic for the repair and maintenance of automation and measuring instruments of power plants. Working during this period in the shop of thermal automation and measurement, he was actively engaged in the development and implementation of innovative proposals.
In 2007, he was transferred as a software engineer. During his work as a software engineer, he proved to be a responsible and highly qualified specialist. At the highest level, he ensured the reliable operation of technical means, software and information support of the TPP-3 automated control system. He maintained the network's computer equipment and systems in good condition, carried out timely maintenance and repairs, and carried out measures to improve reliability and efficiency of use.
In 2019, in connection with the reorganization of the software group, Vladimir Gennadyevich was transferred to the electrical mechanic for the repair and maintenance of automation and measuring instruments of power plants of the 6th category, the thermal automation and measurement shop.

Thanks to his extensive life and work experience, Vladimir Gennadievich enjoys a well-deserved authority and respect among his colleagues in the thermal automation and measurement department.
