FUTURE LEADERS ARE IN RESERVE

- Personnel reserve is the future leaders of the company. We are actively working on the timely preparation of candidates for key positions of managers of pre-retirement age, we are developing training and induction programs. Pensioners of “AlES” JSC are involved in the process of personnel training in industrial safety programs, advanced training in the personnel training department. Much attention is paid to the promotion of equal opportunities, as 35% of women are represented in the personnel reserve, - said NurlanMukhamed-Rakhimov, Chairman of the Board.

06-06-5- I graduated from the magistracy and PhD doctoral studies at the Kazakh National University named by Al’FarabiTo know your job well, you need to start from the bottom. I began my work activity in 2005 at CHPP-2 as a staff for the preparation of chemical reagents, then worked as a shift supervisor at the chemical department, then as deputy head of the chemical department. Since 2017I have entered the personnel reserve. My boss began to prepare me for a new position, gradually devoting me to the nuances and subtleties of this difficult work of a manager. I passed special seminars organized by AlES for personnel reserve. Two years in the personnel reserve helped me mentally prepare for the position. In February 2019, I participated in the competitive selection, which successfully passed. Since March I have been working as the head of the chemical department of CHP-2. Of course, there are still working moments that I have yet to master, I will put maximum effort and work so that my management would be proud of me, - said Gulmira Aldashukurova, head of the chemical department of CHPP-2.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC “AlES”, SerikTyutebayev, noted the work on the active involvement of young specialists and graduates of specialized universities in the company,and stressed the priority of appointments from the personnel reserve.

In JSC “AlES”, the personnel reserve training system is built and works well. “Almaty Electric Power Plants” JSC actively cooperates with the Almaty University of Energy and Communications and the Almaty State College of Energy and Electronic Technologies, annually organizes work practices and recruits graduates of these institutions.
