RESULTS OF EXECUTION OF INVESTMENT OBLIGATIONS UNDER JSC

CHPP-2 named after A.Zhakutov

In 2020, according to the Investment Budget, the following activities are being implemented at the A. Zhakutov CHPP-2:

To improve the reliability of power supply to consumers, by ensuring the continuity of electric and thermal energy production, a set of measures is being carried out on the territory of A.Zhakutov CHPP-2 for the object "Reconstruction of the combined ash and slag removal system of CHPP-2 (stage 6) of JSC AlES". Construction and installation works are carried out by the contractor "Build Construction Group" LLP under the contract No.518023/2020/1 dated 23.12.2020, according to the design and estimate documentation developed by "Stroyndustria"LLP.

Technological solutions provide for the implementation of construction and installation works on the development, transportation and storage of ash and slag waste.

CHPP-3

In 2020, according to the Investment Budget, the following construction and installation works were carried out for CHPP-3:

Development and removal of ash and slag waste from the "Big field" of section No.4.2. and storing it in section No.5, conservation (installation of a protective layer of loam) of section No.4.1 "Small field", construction of 2 new threads of ash and slag pipelines with a total length of 1 832 m and a clarified water pipeline with a length of 918 m, construction of operational highways No.1, 2, 3, construction of a pumping station for wastewater disposal NDV-2, NDV-3 with the installation of video surveillance for data transmission to the GSCHU, construction of accumulating ponds No.2 and No.3, water-producing ponds ditches No.1 and No.2, transfer of overhead lines-6 kV, overhead lines-0.4 kV, sewer collector.

The construction was carried out by the general contractor "Construction Company "LUCH" LLP, who performed construction and installation works under contract No. 349357/2020/2 of 31.01.2020.

Kapshagayskaya HPP named after Sh.Chokina

In 2020, according to the Kapshagai hydroelectric power station named after Sh.According to the Investment Budget, the following activities were implemented:

1. To exclude the possibility of penetration into the Kapshagai HPP named after Sh.Chokina on the water area of the riverbed. Or and to increase the technical strength of the strategic object, the "Implementation of the water area control system at the Kapshagayskaya HPP named after Sh.Chokina". Construction and installation works were carried out by the contractor "Musakhan-Monitoring" LLP under the contract No. 463294/2020/1 dated 03.08.2020. As part of the event, IP video surveillance cameras with related equipment were installed, with the function of motion detection in the water area.

Cascade of HPP

In 2020, according to the Investment Budget, the following measures were implemented for the Cascade of hydroelectric power plants:

To ensure constant monitoring, restrict access to unauthorized persons and increase the technical strength of the facilities, the work "Major repairs of the security perimeter with the installation of fences, video surveillance, lighting at the objects of the Cascade of the hydroelectric power station: the water intake of the Passageway river and the building of the hydroelectric power station-6" was carried out. The works were performed by the contractor "Build Construction Group" LLP under the contract No.410748/2020/2 dated 13.07.2020. in accordance with the design and estimate documentation developed by Kommunenergoservice LLP in 2012 and adjusted in 2020. TSANIPI Transneft LLP. Reinforced concrete and metal fences with gates, a spiral security barrier of the "Egoza" type, video surveillance cameras, motion sensors, outdoor lighting lights at the facilities: the water intake of the Passageway river and the HPP-6 building are installed.

PRP "Energoremont"

In 2020, according to the Investment Budget, the following activities were implemented under the Energoremont PRP:

The 2nd stage of the SMR "Works on the construction/installation/dismantling of drainage systems" (Removal of surface and ground water from the territory of the PRP. Execution of the SMR). In accordance with the approved design and estimate documentation "Soil survey and development of a project for the removal of surface and ground water from the territory of the PRP", construction and installation works of the 2nd stage were performed by the contractor "LUCH Construction Company LLP": asphalt concrete pavement – 2150 sq. m. meters, the length of the stormwater system of open-type trays is 330 meters, the device of drainage and discharge collectors, the sealing of concrete floors by injection.

The purpose of this work is to set up a system of organized collection and drainage of surface water from the adjacent territory, since the soils of the site of the production and repair base are bulk and have an unstable mobile state, which proves the constant formation of gullies, sinkholes and craters on the site.
