«AlES» JSC Personnel Training Department

In order to meet the need for qualified personnel, AlES JSC conducts training, retraining, advanced training in basic energy working professions and industrial safety requirements, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Protection". The Personnel Training Department has a certificate for the right to carry out training, retraining, advanced training of specialists in the field of industrial safety, issued by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan on May 21, 2021 for No.KZ52VEK00012000 with a validity period of 5 years.

Examination and conducting classes in the HRM Personnel Training Department of "AlES" JSC

The Personnel Training Department has 5 classrooms, in the process of training, textbooks on electrical safety, general electrical engineering are used, developed and translated into the state language. Also, since 2016, the personnel training department has started to conduct advanced training courses on the main energy topics, with the issuance of certificates. Training in your training center allows you to conduct training on specialized exclusive programs that take into account the specifics and needs of production. The teachers are retired employees of the company who have extensive practical experience and a high level of qualification. Such targeted training increases the professionalism of employees and the competitiveness of the company.

In 2022, 2,446 employees of AlES JSC were trained in the Personnel Training Department, including 1,849 workers, 597 managers and specialists. The content of the programs: 15 – on industrial safety, 12 – on working positions, 9 – advanced training, and adaptation training for newly hired workers.

Competition among electric welders and gas cutters for the title of the best master by profession

The company has a welding range, which is engaged in the primary training of gas cutters and electric welders of manual arc welding, and also conducts annual recertification. In 2022, 175 gas cutters, 139 certified welders, and primary training in specialties – 11 electric welders, 17 gas cutters – were re-certified. An annual competition is held among electric welders and gas cutters for the title of the best in the profession.

Students of "AUEС named after G.Daukeev" undergo technological practice with elements of dual training

AlES JSC has social partnership agreements with the Almaty University of Energy and Communications named after G.Daukeev and with the Almaty State College of Energy and Electronic Technologies, within the framework of which the following events were held in 2022:

• On June 13, 2022 to July 07, 2022, 29 students of the Almaty University of Energy and Communications completed an internship with elements of dual training. The training was conducted in working specialties: engineer-crawler for boiler equipment, engineer-crawler for turbine equipment on the basis of the personnel training department and CHPP-1 named after B.Orazbayev. A total of 128 students have completed practical training with elements of dual training since 2018;
• 41 students of the Almaty University of Energy and Communications have completed practical training in production;
• an excursion was conducted for 58 students of the Almaty State College of Energy and Electronic Technologies.

Much attention is paid to the training of the personnel reserve and qualified specialists. Employees are trained in energy specialties at the Almaty University of Energy and Communications, Almaty State College of Energy and Electronic Technologies at the expense of the Company. A total of 227 employees have been trained since 2007, and 20 employees were trained in 2022.
