AlES JSC: a new refresher course is held under the program

On the initiative of Zhanbyrshy G.S. - Managing Director of TPP-1 - Member of the Board developed a new refresher course for the program "Repair of power equipment" for training personnel to repair basic and auxiliary equipment. The program of the course includes actual problems in repair work planning, the main activities, equipment issuanc, the compilation of network and line repair schedules, etc. The teacher Azhimuratov Asylkhan Rakhimovich (the pensioner of the PRP "Energoremont" shared his experience.

"This training was cognitive and fruitful. I, learned how to build a network schedule for repairing the main equipment. This skill will be very useful to me in my work ", - said Imankulov Aidar, the head of the repair service of the PRP" Energoremont ".

In April 2017, two groups were trained, consisting of chiefs and engineers of the repair department, chief engineers of production departments and their deputies. Since the beginning of 2017, 53 people have been trained in this course.
