On the decision to conclude a major transaction

"Almaty Electric Power Plants" JSC (hereinafter referred to as "AlES" JSC) informs that on September 5, 2016 the Board of Directors of JSC "AlES" (Minutes No. 8/16) decided to conclude a major transaction with Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan by increasing limit of financing under the Agreement on the provision of a credit line up to 9,000,000,000 (nine billion) tenge and provision of collateral.
