The joint-stock company "Almaty Electric Power Plants" informs consumers about the introduction of a tariff for thermal energy services in the amount of KZT 2,936.64 / Gcal (without VAT) from July 17, 2016 as an emergency regulatory measure due to the increase in cost of strategic goods - natural gas and coal.
