Representatives of JSC "AlES" at the celebration of the "Labor Dynasty Day"

May 13, 2016 was the Day of labor dynasties of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna" Group of companies, which is traditionally timed to the International Family Day.

Since 2013, the feast of honoring labor dynasties has become traditional. The event was attended by dynasties from different cities of the country, working in the companies of the fund. Representatives of the Abakumov dynasties (TPP-3) and the Skomoroshchenko dynasty (Cascade HPP) traveled to Astana.

Representing Samruk-Energo JSC on the Day of Labor Dynasties entrusted the Abakumov family. The total work period of Abakumov dynasty in the electric power industry is 132 years.

Abakumov dynasty was awarded a medal and a certificate of honor at the ceremony of celebrating in the National Welfare Fund "Samruk-Kazyna".

The founder of the dynasty Abakumov Nikolai Ivanovich - from 1972 to 1992 worked at the Alma-Ata HES as a turner in the boiler plant. In 1991 he retired and continued to work at the station. Abakumov N.I. was a professional in his field.

The son of Abakumov Anatoly Nikolaevich began his working career at Alma-Ata State Regional Power Plant in 1972 as a student of a gas and electric welder. He worked as a gas and electric welder of the turbine shop until 1982. In 1982 he was transferred to ZHKO A-AGRES. Where he worked until 1988.

The son of Abakumov Sergey Nikolaevich started his labor activity at the A-HES as a pupil of a locksmith repairing heat networks. In 1974 he joined the army. After serving in Red Army, he returned to the station and continued working as a fitter in equipment repair. In 1979 he was transferred to the electric welder position in electric shop. During many years of work he became a master of his craft. Working in the position of an electric gas welder at high level performs works on equipment repair. During the time of work, the management of the station was rewarded with a letters of thanks and Diplomas of Honor. He is married and has two sons.

Abakumova (Guzovskaya) Nadezhda Nikolaevna after graduation came to work at A- HES power plant as a student of heat-power machinist in turbine shop of boiler plants. She worked as a machinist and a crawler of the auxiliary equipment of the turbine shop, as a driver for turbine equipment and as a 4 grades crawler. Since 1999 she works as a machinist of steam turbines of the 6th category, turbine shop. Over the course of the work, not one dozen of young specialists has been prepared because she is an experienced mentor in the training of young workers. During the time of work in the turbine workshop I was repeatedly awarded with thanks and certificates of honor from the station management. In 2012 she was awarded a Medal of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Ereт Enbegy Ushin" in Astana.

Grandson Abakumov Vladimir Sergeevich began his labor activity at TPP-3 in 2000 as an electrician for maintenance of equipment in electrical shop. In 2005 he was transferred to the head of the shift of the electrical shop. From 2007 to 2008 he worked as a shift supervisor at the TPP-3 station. He resigned in connection with the move. During the work proved himself as a competent and responsible specialist.

Representatives of Abakumov family three generations worked in the electric power industry. At the moment, the son of Abakumov S.N. and his daughter work in JSC "Almaty Electric Power Stations of TPP-3".

Abakumovs and Skomoroshchenko dynasties were awarded with the Samruk-Energo JSC certificate of honor. The total work experience of all the members of the Skomoroshchenko dynasty in the electric power industry is 105 years.

The head of the dynasty Skomoroshchenko Mikhail Ivanovich began his labor activity in 1945 at the Kazakhenergo Cascade of Almaty hydropower plant as a crawler of hydraulic structures and participated in the construction of houses for the employees of the hydroelectric power station.

The daughter of the head of the dynasty - Nina Volokhova began her career in 1958. in the capacity of a chlorinator at the Cascade HPP of Hydroelectric Power Station No. 2. In 1982, she left for a deserved rest from the position of the refueling truck of Kazakhenergo Cascade of Almaty hydropower plants.

The husband of the daughter of the head of the dynasty - Volokhov Boris Ivanovich – veteran of the Great Patriotic War, began his career in 1948 in "Kazakhenergo" Cascade of Alma-Ata hydroelectric stations as a duty engineer at Hydroelectric Power Plant No. 1,2,7, in 1970 by the duty mechanic of the main node of HPP-1 (Big Almaty Lake).

Granddaughter of the head of the dynasty - Vasilieva Elena Borisovna began her career in 1973 in "Kazakhenergo" kindergarten Cascade of Alma-Ata hydroelectric power stations. In 2012, she took the position of video surveillance operator of the HPP Cascade.

The husband of the granddaughter of the head of the dynasty - Vasiliev Vladimir Viktorovich began his labor activity in 1971 at the Cascade of Almaty hydropower stations as a locksmith, driver of the duty motor vehicle of the Motor Transport Section. In 2012 went on a well-deserved rest.

The father of the husband of the granddaughter of the head of the dynasty Vasiliev Viktor Andreevich is a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, began his career in 1949 at "Kazakhenergo" Cascade of Alma-Ata hydroelectric power stations in the position of the driver of the duty motor vehicle of the Motor Transport Section. In 1981 he retired.

Granddaughter of the head of the dynasty, Vasilieva Svetlana started her career in 1997. electrician of station equipment and local communication in SDTU ZAO APK Cascade HPP, from 2005-2006. Technician ATS, since 2006. Currently she works as a leading engineer in the accounts and modes of the VET Cascade of HPPs of JSC "AlES", is the chairman of the Trade Union "Energia" Cascade of HPPs of JSC "AlES".

The husband of the great-granddaughter Vasiliev Alexey Evgenievich works as the driver of the car of the 4th category ATU of JSC "AlES" Cascade of HPPs since March 2016.

Representatives of four generations of the Skoromoroshchenko family worked in the electric power industry. At the moment, the granddaughter and husband of the great-granddaughter work in JSC "Almaty Electric Stations".

JSC "AlES" is proud of its labor dynasties - Khairushins, Bezruk, Kaznacheyevs, Popovs, Okunevs, Rasskazovs and many others, who represent energy sector on the Day of Labor Dynasties every year.
