Congratulations with the Constitution Day

I congratulate you with the Constitution Day! August 30 is one of the most significant state dates, and this year it acquires a special sound. Our country marks the 20th anniversary of the adoption of main guarantor of rights and freedoms - the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All these years the Basic Law of the country allows us to confidently move along the path of developing legal system and strengthening civil society. Knowledge and competent application of laws is the norm of civilized life, a powerful lever for improving its quality. I wish you good health, optimism and new achievements!
