JSC AlES took part in the start of the Program of transformation of JSC Samruk-Energo

July 4, 2015 in Astana, the ceremony of the solemn launch of the transformation program of Samruk-Energo JSC took place with the participation of the officials of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, the Central Transformation Team. The innovation of the launch was its live broadcast of video communication with all the subsidiaries of Samruk-Energo JSC, located in different parts of the country. In presence of the leaders and teams of the affiliated organizations who were in direct communication on-line, Almasadam Satkaliev announced the official start of the Transformation Program in the Company. In his address, Umirzak Shukeyev, Chairman of the Board of Samruk-Kazyna, said that the transformation provides Samruk-Energo with a unique opportunity to improve the efficiency of business processes and improve the economy of the energy holding. In the future, the ability of portfolio companies to respond to external challenges will show how profoundly the transformations have been carried out.

Chairman of the Board of JSC Samruk-Energo Almasad Satkaliyev emphasized that transformation is a complex multilateral process for achieving the strategic goals of the company. JSC Samruk-Energo puts emphasis on leadership in reducing operating costs and protecting the environment.

The program of transformation of the National Welfare Fund and all portfolio companies of Samruk-Kazyna JSC was launched in October 2014 with the participation of the Head of State N.Nazarbayev.

The ceremony of launching the Transformation Program was attended by the management of JSC Almaty Electric Power Plants, a subsidiary of JSC Samruk-Energo.
