Participation of representatives of JSC AlES at the celebration of the "Labor Dynasty Day"

     May 15, 2015 the group of companies JSC Samruk-Kazyna celebrated the Day of Labor Dynasties. Since 2013, the feast of honoring labor dynasties has become traditional. The event was attended by dynasties from different cities of the country, working in the companies of the fund. Representatives of JSC Samruk-Energo on the Day of Labor Dynasties were entrusted to representatives of JSC Almaty Electric Power Stations to the family of Rasskazovs. The total experience of the Rasskazov dynasty in the department of the Cascade of HPPs is 136 years. The Rasskazov dynasty at the ceremony of celebrating in the National Welfare Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" was awarded a medal and a certificate of honor.

The founder of the dynasty Nikolai Prokofievich Rasskaz, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, began his labor activity in 1951 at the Cascade of HPS as a tractor driver. In 1947-1951 worked on the collective farm 2-five-year plan. In 1948 he was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, for receiving a high yield. At the Cascade HPP worked for 37 years. In 1951, he was enlisted in the Cascade of Alma-Ata hydroelectric stations as a repair department worker, then transferred as a bulldozer tractor driver. He took part in the construction of the HPP Cascade. His wife Rasskazova Evdokia Artemovna, worked at the Cascade of the hydroelectric power station. The total period of her work is 25 years awarded as the worker of the rear. In 1947 was awarded the Medal "For Valiant Labor in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945". She took an active part in the construction of housing for workers of the Cascade of hydroelectric power stations. For women, this work was very hard, they dragged stones, sand, concrete and made kneading. Son - Rasskazov Victor Nikolayevich began his labor activity in the department on August 13, 1967. During the work he has passed the way from the worker to the leading engineer for the organization of operation of the equipment of the electric machine shop of the department. Total work experience and experience in the energy sector is 46 years. Viktor Nikolayevich did a great job of training and raising the level of knowledge of the operational staff of the Cascade of hydroelectric power stations, taught and passed on his experience to the younger generation. In 1985 he submitted a rationalization proposal "Scheme of frequency alarm in the system." Rasskazov V.N. is listed in the book of Honor of the Republic of Alma-Ataenergo, awarded with the sign " Eleventh Five-Year Plan", was repeatedly awarded with the Honorary Diplomas of the Power System, the Akimat of Almaty city, "Samruk-Energo", was rewarded with thanks and monetary bonuses. In 2014 Victor Nikolayevich was awarded the title of Electr Energetika Ardageri. Daughter - Ryseva Olga Nikolaevna - chief specialist in human resources. Work experience at the Cascade of HPPs is 26 years. For this time has proved to be a competent, capable and responsible employee. The main task in its work is the implementation of personnel policy, the definition of the professional composition of personnel, the implementation of their selection, placement, training. For success in labor and public activities, was repeatedly awarded with the diplomas of the power system, Samruk-Energo and the department of the Cascade of hydroelectric power stations, was encouraged by gratitude and monetary bonuses. It is listed on the Board of Honor of JSC AlES. In 2015. Olga Mikhailovna was awarded the title of Electr Energy of Ardagery.

Grandson - Nikolay Valerievich Rasskazov, experience of work at the Cascade of HPPs - 7 years. During the time in department, he went from an electrician for the repair of electrical equipment of power plants, to an engineer for the organization of operation of the equipment of the electric machine shop of the department. During his time he proved himself to be a competent specialist with a high sense of responsibility.
