The new Collective Agreement

“AlES” JSC adopted a new Collective Agreement for 2013-2016, which reflects the social guarantees for the employees of the Company for the next few years. This important corporate document was approved at the meeting of permanent bilateral commission on the conclusion of the Collective Agreement of “AlES” JSC for the 2013-2016, which was held on June 3, 2013.
According to the agreement the individual paragraphs and sections were improved, compared to the previous collective agreement, among others, social benefits to the employees were increased, the list of professions and positions, which were not included in the “Industry standards issuing by the employer of special clothing, footwear and other personal protection of workers in the electricity sector organizations” were expanded, the list of the obligations of the Company's employees also were expanded.
