May 15 – the Day of labor dynasties

“Samruk-Kazyna” JSC for the first time held the Day of labor dynasties in the group of companies of the Fund at May 15, 2013. of “AlES” JSC was presented at the event by Hayrushin’s dynasty (total work experience 151 years).

The whole family of Hayrushins worked at the CHP-1 in their time. Gaziz Halimovich Hayrushin first came to work on the CHP plant 1 in 1933. He stood even at the beginnings of the construction of the station. Now his daughter Rosa Hayrushina works as on duty electrician of the main control panel of CHP-1, she works in the company during 41 years. Her son once worked here, and now her daughter in law - safety engineer Leila Orazbayeva and daughter - Head of the Planning Department Maya Alimbetova work here.
The head of “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC U. Shukeyev handed specially established honorary medals and certificate of honor of “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC to Roza Hayrushina.

The Chairman of the Management Board of “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC noted that the preservation and augmentation of labor dynasties, the support of family inheritance profession, and education of respect for the work of the younger generation is one of the factors of a strong corporate spirit and high social responsibility.
