“Almaty Power Stations” JSC: the first forum of the youth organization “Zharkyn Bolashak” (“Bright future”)

The first Forum of the youth organization "Zharkyn Bolashak" took place on the initiative of the youth organization with the support of management and the Company's veterans on 27 September.
The main purpose of the forum was to involve active youth in the Company's development of youth programs, the promotion of the youth movement, the participation of youth in decision-making, design and implementation of projects in the field of youth policy of the Company.
The Chairman of the Management Board of “AlES” JSC N. Muhamed-Rahimov, “AlES” JSC veterans’ representative Zh. Ormambekov, the chairman of the “Energy” trade union committee B. Sitdikov, the Chairman of the Management Board Advisor of “Samruk-Energy” JSC Zh. Mominbaev and others addressed a welcoming speech to the youth.

The forum participants were given the opportunity to learn about the history of the development of the youth movement in the world and in Kazakhstan, to get acquainted with activity of "Zharkyn Bolashak" youth organization during 2013 and plans for the future.
After the official part, the activists of the youth organization and participants of the forum began to co-operative work with the elements of team building. In the process of team building, forum participants performed various tasks, exchanged experience, developed cooperation programs, discussed pressing issues and prepared proposals for the Company.
We are confident that the forum helped participants to form an idea of ​​the youth organization of the Company, the main directions of its activities and willigness to participate in projects “Zharқyn Bolashak”.
