AlES: The kind atmosphere of the spring festival

On April 29, 2023, AlES employees celebrated Nauryz at the Edelweiss children's health camp. By tradition, energy veterans were invited to the holiday. The holiday was opened by the Chairman of the Board of JSC "AlES" Yerlan Kirkinbayev. He congratulated the ALES employees on Nauryz, the bright holiday of spring and renewal, wished the team well-being, success, safe work and production achievements!

The best wishes were expressed to the staff of the company by Sovetkhan Seitkalievich Nurpeisov, Chairman of the Council of Veteran Power Engineers of the KEA, and Serik Suinbekovich Tyutebayev, Chairman of the Board of JSC Samruk-Energo.

The holiday was felt from the first minute. The whole camp was decorated with festive ribbons, balloons, posters. Yurts have been set up. National music was played. All departments covered a rich dastarkhan and prepared a festive performance.

– We really like to prepare and celebrate Nauryz. We, fifteen people, arrived at the camp very early. Fun, friendly together peeled potatoes, carrots, cooked salads. I have been involved in preparing a table for Nauryz for more than 20 years. I hope to come next year, said Anargul Suyunova, a technician at the chemical workshop of the A.Zhakutov CHP-2.

Gulya Zhakaeva, chairman of the trade union committee of the A.Zhakutov CHP-2, made the menu herself. Three dishes were prepared: the main dish was nauryz kozhe, a cauldron of pilaf, a cauldron of cheese. Baursaks, talkan, kurt, and irimshik were also served. Exotic fruits became the highlight of the table.

– Cooking is our hobby. For six years we have been preparing everything ourselves from the heart to please our team. Today we have prepared a cauldron of pilaf and two cauldrons of kuurdak," said Beibut Maksutov, head of the boiler shop of B.Orazbayev CHP–1.

A rich concert program was waiting for the guests of the holiday. This is a performance by the dombrists of the CPVT, CHP-3, a dance medley from the B.Orazbayev CHP-1 and the Energoremont PRP, musical numbers and dances by the workers of the A.Zhakutov CHP-2, Kapshagai HPP named after Sh.Chokin, and the head office.

Bikensulu Mamraeva, Chief Specialist of the Services Department of AlES JSC, celebrated Nauryz for the first time this year together with her colleagues.

– A few days before the event, we prepared the Kazakh folk dance "Kamazhai". I really liked Nauryz, the nature of the area, the atmosphere itself, filled with joy and warmth. I think that everyone will have the brightest and most pleasant memories of this wonderful day. Thank you to all the organizers of this wonderful holiday! – Bikensulu shared her impressions.

– We were preparing for Nauryz in advance. We prepared the territory, bought gifts for children. The camp was festively decorated and a concert program was prepared. The most important thing for us was to create a kind and warm holiday atmosphere so that the team would have a good rest, recharge with spring energy and good mood, Serik Tymbasbayev, Chairman of the AlES trade union, shared.

Many workers and their children were in bright national costumes. For the best national costume, almost all the children were awarded with toys. A field performance of the puppet theater was organized especially for the children of the workers.

– This is my second time at the festival. I really like it here. Today we have already enjoyed playing football on the sports field, said Ali Aldabergen, the son of Baurzhan Beturov, a programmer at CHP-1.

The workers actively participated in the national games, sang songs about spring, about the Nauryz holiday, danced national dances.
