AlES: Employer's report

From April 3-6, 2023, meetings were held in labor collectives about the results of work in 2022 and tasks for the coming period in the field of corporate social responsibility. The reporting meeting was held in a new format. Members of the Management Board of AlES JSC, the Ombudsman, and the heads of the company's departments reported to the employees of the production departments.

This Corporate Social Responsibility Report is the twelfth report. It reflects production indicators, data related to the payroll, labor and environmental protection, personnel training, labor motivation policy and information openness.

– After listening to the speakers, I noted for myself that AlES JSC constantly supports measures for the safety and labor protection of employees, – said Sinil Mukhamedov, electrician for the repair and maintenance of automation and measuring instruments of A.Zhakutov CHP-2. – Also, that a lot of environmental protection activities and social work with staff are carried out.

Gaukhar Temirova, a tool fitter at the turbine shop of the B.Orazbayev CHP-1, has been working at the station since August 2022 and participated in the CSR meeting for the first time.

– At the meeting, we saw the efficiency and results achieved by the employees. Statistical data on the progress of productivity and salary increase were provided, – Gauhar Temirova shared, One of the advantages of our company is the annual training of employees and the training of future specialists – students. At the meeting, it was also mentioned about the industrial practice of students of the AUES University named after G.Daukeev, among whom I myself studied.

According to the results of the report, questions were asked, detailed detailed answers were given to them. In general, the report aroused great interest among the company's employees, who expressed support for the ongoing work and expressed wishes and suggestions for the sustainable development of the company in the field of corporate social responsibility.
