Illuminated by a smile...

On the eve of the spring holiday, the men of JSC "AlES" congratulated the beautiful representatives of the company

Spring is a time of love, new life, the most beautiful flowers. And it is no coincidence that it is now that men congratulate their colleagues.

– After all, it is women who embody the most wonderful spring qualities: a sunny smile, an unpredictable spring thunderstorm, tenderness and freshness of the first foliage, – said Yerlan Kirkinbayev, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC AlES in his congratulation.

In all the production departments of JSC AlES, men surrounded their colleagues with special attention.

Eli Ermek, the engineer of the I&A CHP-3 sincerely wishes that spring would give many wonderful moments and sunny smiles to all women.

– There was a surprise waiting for us at work early in the morning. Music, colorful balloons, spring tulips and gifts. We thank our men for their attention and kind words, said Gauhar Ibraimbekova, Head of the Tariffs Department.

Kairat Dzhaksybayev – Chief of Staff of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of Kapshagai HPP named after Sh.Chokin: "Today we congratulated all our HPP women. I wish you all family well-being, peace, kindness and, most importantly, health. We are glad to be surrounded by such beautiful and charming women".

And the men of the West Thermal Complex, armed with flowers and gifts, came out to congratulate their female colleagues on the spring holiday!

– Our women are incomparable. They are in work robes, but how it suits them. They radiate so much beautiful and warm, filled with today's bright sun and the manifestation of men's attention! – Aliaskar Medenov, the head of the boiler house of the ZTC, shared.

At the B.Orazbayev CHPP-1, men expressed gratitude to their colleagues for their hard work, talent and dedication. The men's team prepared gifts, flowers and, most importantly, a festive table with a cake.

– The work of our colleagues makes a huge contribution to the development of our society and economy. Thank you for your valuable work and achievements in your professional activity. You are the ones who make this world brighter and better, said Asset Amirbekov, Head of the Repair Service of B.Orazbayev CHP-1.

JSC AlES employs 3,114 people, 20% of them women. Moreover, this is a stable figure for many years. The company's commitment to the principle of equal opportunities is clearly visible in the increase in the representation of women in management: in 2019, in the Board – 14%, in 2023 – 12.5%. On the Board of Directors: in 2019 – 0% and 2023 – 28.6%.
