The challenge «AlES vibe» has been launched

Employees of B.Orazbayev CHP-1 launched the corporate challenge "AlES vibe". The participants of the action prepared a speech and passed the baton to the A.Zhakutov CHPP-2. This event is held in order to unite the company, as well as to raise the corporate spirit among young guys who have just joined the team.

– The idea came to me to shoot a tick-talk about the life of the station, in which colleagues took part. The management supported us. Before offering to remove the tick tok, preliminary preparation was carried out, a plan was drawn up. Despite some difficulties (lack of time, unfavorable weather) tick tok turned out to be positive and was accepted by everyone with a bang. There were a lot of positive feedback from colleagues, which is very pleasing, – said Aizada Tleukhan, economist of the 1st category of the repair service of the B.Orazbayev CHP-1.

Lyazzat Zhampozova, Senior HSE Inspector CHPP-2 named after A.Zhakutov continued:

– When we heard about the challenge, we immediately decided to accept the challenge – It's a good idea, which will be a great start for raising corporate spirit among young guys. And also among colleagues to increase self-esteem and self-confidence. And just to cheer up, because a friendly atmosphere at work affects the quality performance of official duties.

Every employee can take part in the challenge. The campaign will last until the end of the year, it is planned that all production departments will take part in it.
