AlES: discussion of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On September 6-8, 2022, meetings of labor staff were held in the departments of AlES JSC, at which the provisions of the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Tokayev were discussed. "A just state. One nation. A prosperous society".

At the meeting at the A.Zhakutov CHP-2, the executive secretary of the Almaty city organization of the AMANAT party M. Otynshiev, members of the maslikhat Ye. Kasymov, A. Kobeeva, B. Ustenov. The members of the maslikhat explained in detail all the provisions and initiatives announced in the President's Address.

All employees of the company took part in the discussions.

– The Message raised the idea of a radical restructuring of relations in the triangle "Citizen-business-state", and noted that the direction of state participation in the economy is consistently declining. I believe that the development of the economy and social sphere, the reboot of public administration – exactly what is set out in this Message – will contribute to improving the lives of citizens," said Bagdaulet Ustenov, Managing Director for Capital Construction and Transformation.

– We liked the point about lowering the retirement age for women until 2028. 61 years is very good. We have a lot of women who work in difficult conditions in the chemical shop, fuel and transport shop and adjustment shop. Women want to retire earlier, take care of their grandchildren," added Gulya Zhakayeva, chairman of the station's trade union organization.

Summing up the meeting, its participants came to the conclusion that the Message is a plan of systemic measures that will ensure an increase in the quality of life and social well-being in modern conditions.
