WE WORK TOGETHER – WE REST TOGETHER!

A friendly team is the key to successful work!

It is known that the success of any team depends on the harmonious interaction of its employees. Creating a cohesive team that is ready to work for the sake of a common idea and success is not an easy task, since even employees of a common profession have different characters, temperaments, hobbies. To do this, it is necessary from time to time to spend time with the team in an informal setting, go on a joint vacation. One trip to a picnic with the team will bring more positive emotions and will have a beneficial effect on team cohesion.

During the summer of 2022, the trade union committee of "AlES" JSC organized two vacation trips for employees of AlES JSC: to the Issyk-Kul coast in Kyrgyzstan and to Lake Alakol in his native Kazakhstan.

"We had a great rest, gained strength, shared pleasant communication and got back to work with pleasure. The stock of impressions and spiritual uplift will be enough for a whole year. I would like to sincerely thank Serik Etekbayevich Tymbasbayev, Chairman of the "AlES" JSC Trade Union, for organizing the rest!" – shared Batyrshayeva Kamshat, Head of the Tax Accounting Department – Deputy Chief Accountant.

"The trade union of JSC "AlES" annually tries to take workers on vacation. In all production departments, trade unions have organized trips of labor collectives to recreation areas," said Serik Tymbasbayev, Chairman of the NGO Trade Union "Energia".

471 employees of our company have already had a rest this year.
