"AlES" JSC provided assistance to 280 large and low-income families

Taking care of employees is always a priority in JSC "AlES" and the NGO of the Local Trade Union "Energia". In July 2022, according to a good tradition, financial support was provided to large-scale workers in the amount of 5,219,888 tenge.

– We are sincerely interested in the welfare of our employees. Therefore, the trade union and the employer take care of large families of employees, veterans, pensioners. This, it should be noted, is one of the main values of our company. The trade union tries to help not only on holidays, but also in everyday life. In July, we provided assistance in the form of a food basket (in the amount of 19,000 tenge each) to 280 large families of workers", – said Serik Tymbasbayev, chairman of the trade union.

Timur Zhabbarov, repairman of the CHPP-2 named after A. Zhakutova, a father of 5 children, expresses great gratitude for the support of the company everywhere and always: "At the end of the year, we are rewarded for the years we have worked, they pay health benefits. I would like to wish our company trouble-free operation, prosperity and well-being in everything. We employ special, kind, responsive people who are ready to share their knowledge and come to the rescue".

Faina Zakaryevna Yusupova, retired, VET engineer, veteran of the B.Orazbayev CHPP-1 power plant, has worked at the station for 36 years. Since 1994, on a well-deserved vacation. Back in 1958, she began her career as a laboratory assistant in the chemical workshop of the station. Faina Zakarievna expresses gratitude to the entire staff of JSC "AlES" for their care and attention:

– During the period of well-deserved rest, financial assistance is provided to me annually and the principle of "no one is forgotten" lives to this day. Every pensioner feels like a part of the collective and this helps us to live in joy and attention. On behalf of all pensioners, I wish all employees of "AlES" JSC health and creativity in everything.

JSC "AlES" and the NGO Local Trade Union "Energia" constantly take care of the prevention of the health of employees, children, rest of employees. Since January 2022, 187 employees of the company and 58 veterans have been assisted.
