The best – Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Ermolina Svetlana, an environmental engineer, has been working at CHP-3 for 11 years. Of these, she devoted five years to ecology. On June 3, 2022, Svetlana, as a representative of AlES JSC, took part in the international conference "Responsible Business for Sustainable Development" in Aktau. The conference was held as part of the celebration of the World Environment Day.

– At the conference, I met environmentalists from other companies, exchanged experiences, received answers to questions of interest, visited an exhibition on waste disposal. Representatives of different companies are ready for mutually beneficial cooperation. Presentations dedicated to the reduction and minimization of emissions into the environment and recycling of hazardous waste are presented. It was a big surprise for me to be awarded with a Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the hands of Minister Serikkali Brekeshev. I believe that this award is for our entire team, the team of environmentalists of JSC "AlES". This is an assessment of our work, – Svetlana Ermolina shared.

Svetlana's work is not easy. She is responsible for the ecology of the whole department. Svetlana prepares a set of documents on the ecology of the station, works with contractors, cooperates with ecologists of the Almaty region. Svetlana has a bachelor's degree in Ecology, is competent and accurate in her work. Colleagues note her creative approach in any business, responsiveness and creativity.
