CONGRATULATIONS OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF «ALES» JSC E.A.KIRKINBAYEV ON THE WORLD LABOR PROTECTION DAY

I congratulate all employees of "AlES" JSC on the World Labor Protection Day.

There is nothing more important than the health and life of employees. Ensuring safe working conditions for each employee is the most important task in the Company's activities.

Only by joint efforts can we achieve safe production.

Every employee at his workplace must know and comply with the requirements for occupational health and safety.

Significant and responsible work to ensure occupational safety is performed by employees of the Company's safety and labor protection services. New integrated safety management models have been introduced, and ongoing work is underway to involve the Company's personnel in occupational health and safety issues.

This year, 2022 has been declared the Year of Occupational Safety and Health. Therefore, it should become a new milestone in the improvement of the occupational safety management system in Society, systematic work to improve the organization and increase the efficiency of the work of safety and labor protection services, the dissemination of positive experience in the field of occupational safety.

I wish all of us success in achieving the noble goal of improving the culture of safety and labor protection, ensuring safe and favorable working conditions for every employee of the Company.
