IN MEMORY OF MUKHIT ABIKEEVICH UMBETOV

On March 19, 2022, at the age of 63, as a result of a car accident, the ex-Chairman of the Management Board, member of the Board of Directors of JSC "Alatau Zharyk Companiyasy" (JSC "AZhK"), deputy of the Almaty regional Maslikhat Umbetov Mukhit Abikeevich died. He was born on January 1, 1960 in the Almaty region of the Kazakh SSR. Mukhit Abikeevich has worked all his life only in this field, devoting himself to his beloved electric power industry without a trace, having gone from an electrician of the Installation Department No. 3 (1984) to the first head of one of the largest power grid companies in Kazakhstan – JSC "AZHK", where he worked for more than 10 years.

Mukhit Abikeevich was an Honored Power Engineer of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2008), Honored Power Engineer of the CIS (2010); for his impeccable and conscientious work, he was awarded the Orders of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Kurmet" in 2011 and "Parasat" in 2017, medals "20 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and "25 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

His memory is his beloved spouse, children and grandchildren. His life is an example of worthy service to the Motherland for many generations of electric power engineers whom he brought up.

The staff of JSC "Almaty Electric Stations" expresses its deep condolences to the relatives and friends of Mukhit Abikeevich Umbetov, who passed away prematurely.
