ABOUT THE PROJECT IMPLEMENTED IN ALES, SPOKEN AT THE IV FORUM OF KAZENERGY FEMALE ENERGY CLUB

On September 25, 2019, the IV Forum of Womens Energy Club of KAZENERGY “A Modern Image of Womens Leadership in Energy” was held at the EXPO Congress Centerin Nur-Sultan, dedicated to the topic of promoting womens advancement in various fields –in career, education and family.

- A separate platform of the Forum was dedicated to ongoing projects of the EBRD in Kazakhstan aimed at developing gender policy. Within the framework of this platform, a presentation of the interim results of a joint study"The role of women in the energy sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was held by KAZENERGY and the EBRD. Part of the presentation was dedicated to the project implemented at AlES in 2018-2019. to promote equal opportunities, - shared her impressions DariyaShayzhanova, head of the Human Resources Department. - I liked the master class on the emotional intelligence of a woman leader. A high level of emotional intelligence helps to clearly understand your colleagues and quickly navigate the task.

We recall that the Forum of the KAZENERGY Women's Energy Club has been held since 2013 and today it is the leading platform in Kazakhstan in the field of women’s communication with the participation of key international experts and lawmakers, as well as a unique platform for dialogue between generations of today's and tomorrow's leaders.
