AUDIT ANALYSIS OF HEALTH AND LABOR SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM HAS BEEN PASSED IN ALES

A group of auditors of the Department of «Labor and Environmental Protection» of JSC«Samruk-Energy» from September 9 to 13, 2019 conducted an audit of the health and labor safety management system of JSC «Almaty Electric Stations».

The auditors visited the production departments of CHPP-1, CHPP-2, CHPP-3, and Production and Repair Enterprise«Energoremont» carried out work in the department for monitoring reliability and labor protection. The audit was conducted in an atmosphere of mutual understanding and openness.

-The most important area of JSC «AlES» policy in the field of labor protection is to ensure the priority of preserving the life and health of workers. It is important for us to evaluate the effectiveness of the functioning of the labor protection system and industrial safety and the results of the audit should be applied in all production departments, - said NurlanMukhamed-Rakhimov, Chairman of the Board of JSC «AlES».

Tahir Ilyasov- auditor, general manager of the Department of «Labor and Environmental Protection» of JSC«Samruk-Energy», spoke about the work done on leadership, organization and production and noted a number of inconsistencies identified during the audit. He emphasized strengths and opportunities for improving the managementsystem oflabor protection and industrial safety of JSC «AlES».

According to the level of assessment of the efficiency of the management system of JSC «AlES» expressed; the head of the Office Control for Reliability and Labor Protection - Akylbay M.U., managing director of CHP-1 - I.A.Syrgabaev, deputy chairman of the production board -G.Zh.Ismukhambetov, managing director on legal issues-IssabaevN.Sh. The speakers expressed their views on the assessment of some elements of management system of the industrial safety, labor and environmental protection in the divisions of JSC «AlES» and reaffirmed their commitment to improve and improving the achieved level of safety culture.

The audit outlinedthe positive aspects of the industrial safety and labor protection management system and identified areas for improving its functioning in JSC «AlES».
