Daniyar was born on August 12, 1996, in the city of Schuchinsk. He received secondary education at school-gymnasium №1. In parallel with his studies, he combined biathlon and boxing classes. In high school years Daniyarcould not decide for a long time on the choice of specialty, which his future life would be connected. But after visiting the international exhibition "EXPO 2017", he realized that the future lies in the development of energy and therefore entered to Kazakh Agro-Technical University named by S. Seifullinfor the specialty "Power-Electroenergety".

-Studying at the university, every year I had an increasing interest in my specialty,-Daniyar said. - In the third year of training, I successfully passed the selection to the construction company "BI-Group". At the university, we received both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. I decided to develop further and master a new work activity.

After graduation of University, Daniyar got a job in the regional electric grid company «Astana-REC» JSC, where he joined the ranks of electricians serving substations. After working for six months, he found out about theprogram «Jas Orken.»

- I found out about the program by accident. It was an advertisement on social networks. After reading the program, I realized that this is my chance to prove myself and prove to myself what I am capable of. The purpose of the program«Jas Orken» is to attract and train the best and most talented graduates for subsequent employment in the companies of the «Samruk-Kazyna» Fund. In order to get into the lists of winners, I went through 4 stages: wrote a motivational essay, decided on numerical and analytical cases, passed an interview on competencies and a competitive commission. The place of passage of my first rotation was the company JSC «AlES». My mentor is Aymuratov D.B.

Mentors are the foundation of the whole project. To support young people, to help them form the right attitude to business, to their profession, to their country - this is the basis of success. This is a multifaceted and systematic work. DinmukhamedAimuratovwas trained at the seminar “Effective Mentor” at the Corporate University “Samruk-Kazyna”, has been working at TPP-1 for fourteen years, and transfers his knowledge and experience to young specialists. He defended his PhD thesis in radiation materials science. While studying at the magistracy, he trained at Shanghai State University (China) to study the mechanical and electrical properties of composite materials. He has about 10 scientific paperworks, published at the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Republic of Kazakhstan, participated in international conferences in Hungary, Russia and Kazakhstan and in 4scientific-research projects. As a mentor, DinmukhamedBurambaevich is always ready to help, suggest and explain.

- I already managed to get acquainted with the specifics of large production. I had a desire to find out as much information as possible about the company, on which the vital activity of the city depends. At the first stage of rotation I have to get acquainted with the production, pass qualification exams, and start working for the position «Electrician for maintenance of electrical equipment of power plants of the 4th category». Throughout the rotation, I will improve my qualifications to take the position of «Shift Supervisor of Power Plants of the Electric Shop». The first two weeks passed unnoticed. I managed to partially get acquainted with the production, get acquainted with the team. I want to note that the team is very friendly and responsive, colleagues are always ready to share their knowledge and experience. I am sure that rotation in the company «AlES» JSC will make a great contribution to my development as a manager in the companies of the «Samruk-Kazyna» Fund.

The duration of the internship at CHPP-1 is 5 months; the entire program is designed for 20 months. The «Jas Orken» program for advanced training of young specialists attracts the best and most talented graduates to work in the companies of the «Samruk-Kazyna" Foundation. This is not only training in the workplace, but also a means of developing and promoting a wider, younger generation of people with professional views and an active civic position. In 2019, about 4,500 applications were received for participation in the «Jas Orken 2019» program.
