THE WAY TO SUSTAINED DEVELOPMENT

In July-August 2019, a seminar entitled "Industrial Safety and Labor Protection Management System" was held at JSC “AlES”. The main goal of the seminar is to involve a wide range of engineering and technical workers in the industrial safety and labor protection management system. Seminars were held at TPP-1 and the Cascade of hydroelectric power stations. The seminar participants are the heads of workshops, sections, services, production personnel of departments.

-We focus on issues of the OSH management system, consider the reasons leading to violation by the personnel of safety and labor protection requirements, and methods of managing them,- said Marat Akylbay, head of the Department for Control of Reliability and Labor Protection. During the seminar, we got acquainted with the composition, structure, organization and operating procedure of the Industrial Safety and Labor Protection Management System in the company, the responsibility of all managers, specialists and employees to ensure safe working conditions and labor protection of workers, preserving the life and health of workers in the course of their work.

The seminars examined the main factors leading to violation of industrial safety and labor protection requirements by personnel, analyzed the types of violations and analyzed their causes, methods for managing violations and eliminating the causes of violations.

The seminars will be held in all production departments according to the schedule in accordance with the «Plan of measures for organizing work with the engineering and technical workers of the production departments of JSC “AlES” to be involved in the labor protection system for 2019».
