ALES: TESTING FOR KNOWLEDGE OF THE CODE OF CONDUCT

JSC«AlES» began testing employees for the knowledge of the Code of Conduct of the company. All employees, including managers of AlES JSC, undergo testing, which is 3,090 people. Testing will be accomplished on September 30, 2019. For today, more than 50% of the company's employees have successfully tested.

JSC “AlES” has a standard of conduct for employees. Each employee, regardless of position, gets to know it when hiring. Thiscodewasadoptedin 2018.

To train employees for Code, a manual was developed to study it. In 2019, a training program for the development of skills and competencies was additionally developed in the field of ethical procedures and principles.

Testing for knowledge of the Code of Conduct is conducted annually.


The objectives of the code are not only the observance of ethical and business standards, but also the prevention of corruption risks, the development of a corporate culture, increasing productivity and quality of work. The code describes general recommendations, based on which the team goes to a unique standard.
