ALES TAKES PART IN STRATSESSIONS

On May 20, 2019, a training was held at the Center for Social Interaction and Communication (CSIC)on the basis of“AlES” JSC.

The event was held in the format of a strategic session, where participants formed their ideas, and also studied solutions that were offered by the trainers.

- This is a cluster workshop. The training was organized joined with the human resources department of “Samruk-Energo” JSC. Employees of “Samruk-Energy” subsidiaries, whose activities are related to communications, came to discuss the Social Stability Index, the section of which measures their front work. YerlanMustafin, a business coach and I talk about how to increase loyalty, employee involvement, improve teamwork, create a comfortable climate in the company. We focus on communications with production workers, - said DarkhanUalikhanov, one of the authors of the project.
