JSC «ALES» PASSED A COMPETITION ON LABOR PROTECTION

It’s already the third year, the contest has been held at JSC AlES “The best worker in understanding the risk management system of industrial safety and the ability to conduct risk assessment at the workplaces of production departments of JSC «AlES»”. In 2019, the competition was held in March.

The involvement of employees of structural divisions of production departments in the conduct of the competition improves their skills in identifying hazards and damages characteristic of their work in the performance of production duties at a hazardous industrial facility.

The participants of the competition demonstrated the ability to assess risks, taking into account not only adverse events and accidents that occurred earlier, but also dangers that have not yet caused adverse consequences.

The winners of the competition were determined by the competition commissions established in the production departments based on the number of points scored during the performance of the hazard assessment tasks and the ability to manage the risks associated with the professions of workers and the work performed by them.

Production Council on safety and labor protection of JSC AlES in conjunction with the trade union committees of production departments decided to promote the winners of the contest “The best employee in understanding the risk management system of industrial safety and the ability to conduct risk assessment at workplaces in production departments of JSC «AlES»”.

In the production departments information about the competition, the results of the competition and congratulations to the winners are posted on the information boards.
