The Transformation project team on the implementation of the new organizational structure spoke about the project objectives to the representatives of the HR of fourteen subsidiaries and affiliates of Samruk-Energy holding.


The Transformation project for the introduction of a new organizational structure is perhaps one of the most sensitive. Because, the most important resource that is subject to change - are personal. The procedure for the implementation of the new organizational structure was successfully carried out in the corporate center, completed at Ekibastuz GRES-1, and is in the active implementation stage at JSC «AlES».

«This is the hard work of human resources management staff and the project team. But before we, the project team, hold a series of meetings, training seminars, we are always ready to answer questions and help»,- explained Ksenia Berdnik, a member of the project team.

The head of the human resources management at Ekibastuz GRES-1, Alla Zhaminova, shared information about the successful completion of Job Matching by staff in August last year. At the moment the project is at the stage of monitoring and support. Samruk-Energy, as the project owner, tracks the correctness of the station’s transition activities to the target organizational structure.

Today the project is replicated at JSC "ALES". The head of the human resources department, Dariya Shaizhanova, noted that it would touch about 500 employees of AlES, with the exception of the production staff. And many of them are concerned about the upcoming assessment.

The project team explained that the assessment will be carried out impartially and in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position, as well as at GRES-1.

«An employee who successfully passes Job Matching receives a rating of «Compliant» . The second category of assessment – «Does not correspond, but will be ready within a year» and the third – « Does not correspond» . This decision will be made by a commission from among the leaders of the SDEs and an independent member from the KC. The management of the SDEs is assessed by the members of the Board of «Samruk-Energo» JSC, - said project leader Vladimir Pavlov.

Assessment in AlES is planned until the end of 2019.

The perimeter of the third wave of implementation of this Transformation project until 2021 will include two subsidiaries and affiliates: JSC «Moinak HPP» and JSC «Shardarinsk HPP».
