The range of issues that the Company is responsible for.

Performs general management of the Western Thermal Complex (WTC) in the following areas:

1) production of thermal energy;
2) repair and maintenance of the department's equipment;
3) ensuring internal controls over compliance with the rules of industrial safety, safety and labor protection;
4) development and improvement of the department's work through the introduction of a set of organizational and technical measures;
5) management of the financial and economic activities of the WTC;

Ensures the work of the Management Board in the following areas:

1) implementation and coordination of the work of the Board with the trade Union organization;
2) the implementation and coordination of the work of the Board with the Board of veterans "ASAL Kees" and the youth organization "Zharkyn Bolashak" of the company;
3) participation in meetings of the Board, at production meetings, technical advice, as well as commissions established for various activities;
4) implementation and coordination of the work of case managers production departments, on appeals to the management Board;
5) participation in the preliminary review of applications of the company's employees on the provision of material assistance, in cases of unintended Collective agreement;
