The range of issues for which he is responsible in Society

Manages, controls the quality and timeliness of work, document management and reporting in the following areas of the Company's activities:

1) ensuring the organization and conduct of the Company's procurement procedure in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) organizing, together with Managing Directors in the areas of activity, the preparation of a schedule and ensuring timely holding of tenders, and monitoring the execution of decisions of the tender commission in the execution of contracts, contracts and additional agreements to them;
3) coordination of the activities of production departments and structural divisions of the Company on the timely preparation and submission of necessary documentation on procurement of goods, works and services;
4) organization of timely provision of production units with material and technical resources;
5) control of maintaining a database of materials, equipment based on market research and commercial offers from suppliers;
6) control of the delivery of goods and services under concluded contracts;
7) organization of functioning of central warehouses;
8) organization of work of the Company's central warehouses for acceptance, storage, movement, and release of materials, equipment and fuel;
9) control of centralized management of the remnants of goods and lubricants in the central warehouses of the Company;
10) control of accounting and write – off of goods and illiquid materials at the central warehouses of the Company;
11) timely conclusion of contracts in accordance with the Company's production program;
12) solving organizational issues with the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, railway administrations and other organizations for interaction and improvement of the transport process;
13) ensuring compliance with the requirements of all regulatory documents regulating the Company's procurement activities;
14) ensuring the passage of the customs procedure;
15) control over foreign economic contracts;
16) monitoring the maintenance of a database of services based on market research and commercial offers from suppliers and contractors;
17) exercise of other powers provided for by orders of the Chairman of the Management Board of the Company, decisions of the Management Board and the Board of Directors of the Company;
