Integrated Management System (IMS)

One of the priority areas of activity of JSC "ALES" is the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), which has been fully implemented and has been functioning in JSC "ALES" since October 25, 2011.

In accordance with the decision of the Board of JSC "ALES" dated 12.07.2021 (Protocol No. 17/21) approved the Policy in the field of ISM (hereinafter referred to as the Policy). The Policy provides for the intentions and main activities of JSC ALES (the position of the management), which are inextricably linked with quality management, environmental management, energy management and management of health and safety.

ALES JSC has international certificates for the following management systems: ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management), ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety), ISO 50001 (energy management).

The main objectives of the ISM are:

• increasing customer satisfaction through the effective application of IMS, including processes of continuous improvement of activities;
• providing consumers with stable quality products that meet the requirements of relevant regulatory documents, meet the needs and expectations of the consumer, do not harm the environment and guarantee the safety of health and occupational safety of personnel;
• more efficient use of energy through the development of energy management systems.

The ISM representative from the top management is appointed by the order of the Chairman of the Management Board from among the members of the Management Board of JSC ALES.

Representatives of the ISM from the production departments of JSC "ALES" are appointed Chief Engineers of the production departments, the appointment is made by order of the Chairman of the Board of JSC "ALES".

Auditors of the international certification organization annually conduct a supervisory audit of the ISM at JSC ALES, and every three years a recertification audit of the ISM is conducted.

At the beginning of 2021, the Sole Shareholder launched the project SKE 07.05.M - "Improvement of the corporate management system", the purpose of which is effective and transparent management of the Holding's activities in accordance with international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001.
