ALES - Production and repair enterprise "Energoremont"

The production and repair enterprise of the PRP "Energoremont" was established in May 1980.

After the reform of agribusiness JSC, the Production and Repair Enterprise PRP "Energoremont" began functioning on February 15, 2007. as a part of JSC "Almaty electric stations".

Main production activity:
The PRP "Energoremont" includes a production base, which is located on the industrial site of CHPP-2, and performs the main types of repair work for the departments of JSC "AlES", as well as repair shops and sites located on the territories of the departments of the agro-industrial complex CHPP-1, CHPP-2, CHPP-3, ZTK.

The PRP carries out scheduled repairs and maintenance of the following equipment of electric power stations and boiler houses, namely:

1. Repair of equipment of boiler houses and fuel and transport workshops, as well as full repair and maintenance of all auxiliary equipment of the CHP-1,2,3;
2. Repair of the main (CHPP-2, CHPP-3) and auxiliary (CHPP-1, CHPP-2, CHPP-3) turbine equipment, as well as repair of equipment of chemical workshops;
3. All boiler cleaning works on power equipment at CHPP-1, CHPP-2, CHPP-3;
4. Repair of electric motors and oil switches (CHP-1,2), as well as repair and maintenance of all lifting mechanisms (CHP-1,2);
5. Repair of pumping stations and repair of the main and auxiliary equipment of the ZTC;
6. Repair of automation and measuring instruments at CHPP-1,2;
7. All works on the repair of the brickwork and insulation at the CHPP-1;
8. Repair of transformers with a voltage of 6 -10 kV;
9. Work on the repair of own buildings and premises of the PRP "Energoremont".
