IT'S NOT BORING AT HOME! THE STORY OF PRODUCTIVE SELF-ISOLATION OF ANAR ABSADYKOVA, A LEADING ECONOMIST OF THE BUDGET AND ECONOMIC ANALYSIS DEPARTMENT OF THE ECONOMY DEPARTMENT OF JSC " ALES»

At first, the restrictions imposed in connection with the quarantine frightened me, because many of the usual joys became less accessible, but the prospect of trying something new, for which there was not enough time in the daily routine, drowned out all the anxious feelings. I felt a sense of anticipation. So I became a participant in the marathon of photography. Within seven days, I was given tasks and set a deadline for their execution. Thanks to this marathon, I learned the basic principles of composition, photo processing, and deadlines helped me not to lose my time management skills, which is quite simple in quarantine conditions. This is how my self-isolation is fun and informative. SK News, No. 7-8 (141-142), p. 18
