Ombudsman of “ALES”, JSC

According to the Code of Corporate Ethics (hereinafter - the Code) of “ALES”, JSC (hereinafter - the Company), the Ombudsman is the person who promotes the implementation and compliance with the provisions of the Code in the Company. In accordance with the Regulation on the Ombudsman, the Ombudsman is appointed by the Board of Directors of the Company.
In accordance with the Regulation on the Ombudsman, the role of the Ombudsman is:
to consult workers, parties of labor disputes, conflicts and assist them to find a mutually acceptable, constructive and feasible solution, taking into account compliance statutes of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including confidentiality, if necessary;
to assist with solution problematic social and labor issues of the Company's employees, as well as compliance of the Company's employees with the principles of corporate ethics;
to develop recommendations for persons involved in disputes, conflict or problematic situations during the process of settlement of conflicts (disputes);
to consult officials of the Company on resolution and prevention of conflicts (disputes) that have systematic, legal and institutional nature, as well as compliance with the principles of corporate ethics;
to submit identified problematic issues of a systematic nature for consideration by the relevant bodies and officials of the Company and which require adoption of appropriate decisions (extensive measures) by them, to set forward constructive proposals to solve these problems;
to make proposals on improvement of internal regulatory documents of the Company within his/her competence;
to take other recommendatory measures, including those related to restoration of violated rights and legally protected interests.
In case of presence of the fact of unlawful actions of officials and other employees of the Company, interested persons have the right to apply:

or to make use of services of a mailbox for receiving applications. The ombudsman takes out incoming applications from the box at least once every two weeks.
