Range of issues for which he is responsible in the Company

The main functions of the Managing Director for General Affairs are:

1) ensuring the maintenance and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the integrated management system of the Company;
2) ensuring the improvement of the corporate governance system, sustainable development, internal control system;
3) monitoring the timely development and approval of KPI cards of the members of the Management Board, as well as monitoring their implementation;
4) monitoring the timely execution of orders, decisions and instructions of the Chairman of the Board;
5) ensuring the implementation of a set of measures aimed at compliance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Collective Agreement of the Company;
6) ensuring a unified procedure for documentary support in JSC "AlES";
7) solution of administrative and economic issues.

The purpose of the activity of the Managing Director for general issues is to improve the effectiveness of the integration management system of the Company, prepare for approval the KPI Cards of the members of the Management Board, as well as monitor their implementation, improve the system of corporate governance, sustainable development and internal control of the Company, implement the personnel policy of the Company, organize and ensure activities Companies in the field of labor relations, remuneration and social partnership, organizational and technical support for the activities of the Chairman of the Board, solution of administrative and economic tasks of the Company, organization of documentation and documentation management processes in the implementation of the main tasks and functions in the Company.

Direct administrative reporting to the Managing Director for General Affairs are:

  • Department of organizational support;
  • Human resource management;
  • Corporate Development Department;
  • Department of documentation support;
  • Economic management.

In the functional subordination of the Managing Director for general issues are the Managing Directors of the Company's production departments in terms of tasks and functions performed in the production departments in the areas of organizational, documentation and economic support, corporate development and human resource management.
