RESULTS OF EXECUTION OF INVESTMENT OBLIGATIONS UNDER JSC "ALMATY ELECTRIC POWER STATIONS" FOR 2019

In 2019, all planned activities were carried out according to the approved Capital Construction Plan of JSC AlES, including:

  • Reconstruction of the central checkpoint of CHPP-1 and the entrance gate:

  In 2019, in accordance with the approved design and estimate documentation, construction and installation works were carried out on the object: "Reconstruction of the central checkpoint of the CHP-1 and the entrance gate".

On the territory of CHPP-1, the reconstruction of the CHECKPOINT building was carried out, which consists in the superstructure of the 2nd floor, above the existing structure, a rectangular building. The frame of the building is solved in monolithic reinforced concrete and brick structures and has dimensions in terms of 6.0 m*3.6 m, with a floor height of 2.7 m, from floor to ceiling. Also, the device of the entrance gate is 3-piece, and the device of the observation deck for railway and motor transport.

 

The total cost of expenses was 40,253. 26 thousand tenge without VAT.

 

 

    • "Construction of a site for separate collection of waste from production and consumption of CHPP-2"

The purpose of this work is to set up a system for separate collection of waste from production and consumption of CHPP-2.

    • "Reconstruction of the CHPP-3 checkpoint with the installation of two metal detectors"

  The old existing checkpoint building was dismantled. A new 1-storey L-shaped building with a plan size of 12,33x8,0 m was built on the site of the old checkpoint.

The construction of a truck shed with a height of 5 m and a plan size of 20x7.4 m,equipped with video cameras in the amount of 4 pcs, lighting, an observation pit, an observation platform and 2 automated sliding gates with control panels, has been completed for the new checkpoint building.

    • Soil survey and development of a project for the removal of surface and ground water from the territory of the PRP "Energoremont". Performing the SMR:

          In 2019, construction and installation works of the 1st stage were carried out at the production and repair base of the department of the PRP "Energoremont" in accordance with the approved design and estimate documentation "Soil survey and development of a project for the removal of surface and ground water from the territory of the PRP": asphalt concrete pavement – 6200 sq. m. meters, the length of the stormwater system of open-type trays is 334 meters.

          The purpose of this work is to set up a system of organized collection and drainage of surface water from the adjacent territory, since the soil of the site of the production and repair base is bulk and has an unstable mobile state, which proves the constant formation of gullies, sinkholes and craters on the site.

        The total cost of expenses amounted to 33,754. 56 thousand tenge without VAT.

    • Technical measures for the protection of the objects of the HPP Cascade: the sites of the Big Almaty Lake( BAO), the pressure basins of HPP-9, HPP-10, HPP-11. Execution of the CMP. stage 2.

           In order to ensure constant monitoring, increase the fortification and protection of strategic life-support facilities and high social significance for Almaty and the Almaty region, restrictions on the access of unauthorized persons to the territory were carried out " Works on the installation/installation of security systems and similar systems (Technical measures for the protection of objects of the Cascade of hydroelectric power plants: the sites of the Great Almaty Lake (BAO), pressure basins of HPP-9, HPP-10, HPP-11. Execution of the CMP. stage 2. Technological solutions for this object are characterized by the installation of reinforced concrete fences, the installation of gates, the installation of a spiral security barrier, the installation of perimeter security sensors and the installation of other equipment of perimeter security systems at the pressure pools of HPP-9, HPP-10 and HPP-11.

    • "Installation of automatic control systems for water level and temperature in the BAO dam"

     In order to ensure the safety of the BAO Dam ("Dam Safety Declarations") "Work was carried out on the repair/modernization of control and measuring devices and automation and similar measuring tools and equipment (Installation of automatic control systems for water level and temperature in the BAO dam. Implementation of the SMR.) of the Cascade HPP department". The implemented information and measurement system is designed for the organization of continuous monitoring of filtration processes in the body of the BAO dam. The purpose of creating an Information and measurement system is to ensure the safety of the dam. Technological solutions for this object are characterized by the installation of submersible level sensors in piezometric wells, the laying of communication cables of aboveground and underground versions, the installation of equipment for data collection and processing in the room of the motorist of the BAO spillway.

    • "Completion of Reconstruction and equipment of the ORU-220 kV of the Kapshagayskaya HPP Department of AlES JSC

         To increase the reliability of power supply to consumers, to ensure safe working conditions for the station's maintenance personnel, "Repair/reconstruction of electrical, electrical distribution/regulatory equipment and similar equipment (Reconstruction of the equipment of the ORU-220 kV of the Kapshagayskaya HPP department of AlES JSC) was carried out. Technological solutions for this object are characterized by the replacement of air switches with gas-free ones, the replacement of Disconnectors, current transformers, voltage transformers, secondary circuits, auxiliary equipment and building structures for equipment. Obsolete and physically worn-out equipment was replaced. The reconstruction of the equipment of the ORU-220 kV gave an increase in the reliability of the equipment, ensuring safe operation, reducing the consumption of electricity for the own needs of the HPP consumed by the compressor economy to supply compressed air to air switches.

    • "Reconstruction of emergency event recorders of the ORU-220 kV Kapshagayskaya HPP".

           "Work was carried out on the repair of control and measuring devices and automation and similar measuring tools and equipment ("Reconstruction of emergency event recorders of the ORU-220 kV Kapshagayskaya HPP. Technological solutions for this object are characterized by the laying of cables, the installation of a cabinet with a device of emergency event recorders (RAS) "PARMA"included in it.

          After the reconstruction, the recording measuring devices have sufficient information content with the provision of a complete picture of reliable information about emergency processes and events in a single time slice, they provide recording and archiving of emergency processes and events, monitoring the state of RSIA devices and the position of switching devices in normal, emergency and post-emergency modes.
